AFTER: We took the valance to home depot and picked the lightest blue that matched the bedding
NURSERY TO DO LIST:
- Find a bed and changing table for Carson (my sister may be passing hers down, if not Cory's mom has a barely used crib so we could just get a changing table to match)
- Cory plans to build the shelving and a toy box
- Get some wall hangings and decor
- And of Course STOCK his room with the essentials!
QUESTION for the moms out there: A friend that gave me 12 AVENT bottles, I threw away the nipples, but how do I know that the bottles are safe? What is the deal w/ the plastic particles, etc...

Search the web about the bottles but I used and LOVED Avent bottles with BOTH my kids. I tried a few others with Carys who did not BF as long as Sawyer but these were my FAV! Not sure on your plans to BF but these bottles worked well for us during and after BFeeding! I like the many different options of flow that the nipples for the Avent bottles had.

Liz Lowery sent me a message today and actually told me her favorite bottles were Podee. I had never heard of them but I am going to google. She said that her little boy had colic really bad and these helped him a ton. She said that they never had air. Julie always used Dr. Brown...for some reason I don't think she was crazy about them. I am glad you get to go through all this before me.
